摘要
L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸是一种天然含硒氨基酸,具有防治癌症、抗氧化、抗衰老、治疗心脑血管疾病、解重金属毒等作用,已于2009年被卫生部批准为新型营养强化剂。现代药理学研究表明不同形式的硒具有不同的抗癌效果,L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸被证明是有效的化学抗癌剂之一。本文对L-硒-甲基硒代半胱氨酸的来源、抗癌作用机理、测定方法及其应用进行了综述。
As a natural selenium-containing amino acid,L-Se-methylselenocysteine has many functions such as antitumor,antioxidation,antiaging,curing cardiovascular diseases and disintoxication heavy metal and so on.It has been approved to be a new nutrient supplement by the ministry of health in 2009.The different form of selenium has different anticancer activities according to modern pharmacology studies.L-Se-methylselenocysteine has been proved to be one of the most effective anticancer agents.This paper provides a review of L-Se-methylselenocysteine of its sources,anticancer mechanism,determination method and applications.
