On the Construction of a Quality Evaluation System for College Entrance Examination Papers

高考试卷质量评价体系的构建是试卷评价工作的核心,评价体系要全面、科学、可行。构建以效度验证为根本,以目标性、测量学、结构性、规范性、统计性评价指标为支撑,以证据收集为手段,以德尔菲法为价值判断方法的高考试卷质量评价体系,为高考试卷的增值研究、比较研究、质量改进提供重要依据和有力参考。

A sound evaluation of the quality of the College Entrance Examination（CEE） papers rests on the establishment of a comprehensive,scientific and practical evaluation system.For the sake of guiding the value-added research and comparative studies and the quality improvement of the CEE papers,the author proposes her evaluation system which includes an evidence-based validation process and five supporting indicators,namely,the testing objective indicator,the measurement indicator,the structural indicator,the normative indicator and the statistical indicator.In addition,the Delphi method is recommended within this framework so that value judgment can be made.
