目的:制定浦东新区医疗机构设置规划。方法:在前期调查的基础上,进行卫生管理者的咨询,以确定医疗机构的设置规划。结果:制定浦东新区医疗机构设置规划的指导思想、基本原则、发展目标和规划方案。讨论:医疗机构设置规划应满足多层次、多样化的医疗服务需求,其实施需要政府和相关部门的保障措施。

Objective：The objective of the study was to formulate the allocation planning of medical institutions in Pudong New Area.Methods：Based on the previous survey and consulting with health care managers,the allocation planning of medical institutions was formulated.Results：The guiding ideology,essential principles,development objectives and action plan of the allocation planning of medical institutions in Pudong New Area were determined.Discussion：The allocation planning of medical institutions should meet the demand for the multi-layer and diversified medical care and its implementation need collaborative measures from related government departments.
