分析了学科馆员的产生背景及我校科技查新中心人员兼学科馆员的优势和存在问题,详细阐述了查新员担任学科馆员、开展学科化服务的措施以及取得的成果。
The background of subject hbrarians as well as the superiority and problems of staff in Novelty Assessment Center of Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who hold a position of subject librarians were analyzed, followed by a detail discussion on the measures taken by novelty assessment staff who hold a position of subject librarians in carrying out subject service and their achievements.
