填饲期朗德鹅血浆生化指标变化规律及其与产肝性能关系

Change of plasma biochemical indexs and its relationship with fatty liver performance in Landes geese

以朗德鹅为试验对象,探讨填饲期血浆生化指标的变化规律及血浆生化指标与产肝性能的关系。结果表明:随填饲时间的延长,朗德鹅有关血浆生化指标显著升高,填饲组血浆生化指标显著高于对照组,禁食24 h后血浆总胆固醇(CHO)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度显著上升;公鹅胴体重和肝重极显著高于母鹅;公、母鹅血浆谷草转氨酶与谷丙转氨酶呈极显著正相关,血浆极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)与三酰甘油呈极显著正相关;CHO与HDL-C、LDL-C及VLDL-C呈极显著正相关,血浆生化指标与肝重、肝体比间的相关在公、母鹅间存在差异。

In this study, Landes geese were used to investigate the change of plasma biochemical index and the relationship between plasma biochemical index and fatty liver performance. The results showed that the concentration of plasma biochemical index increased significantly with the development of overfeeding. The concentrations of plasma biochemical index were significantly higher than that of the control. The concentration of plasma CHO, HDL-C, LDL-C were signifi cantly higher after 24 h food deprivation. The weight of carcass and fatty liver were significantly higher in male than in female geese. There were very significant positive correlation between plasma AST and ALT concentrations, and very significant positive correlation between TG and VLDL-C concentrations, very significant positive correlation between CHO and HDL-C, LDL-C, VLDL-C concentrations, and the relationship between plasma biochemical index and fatty liver performance was different in male and female geese.
