摘要
应用环境扫描电镜对螺旋粉虱(Aleurodicus dispersus Russell)的卵、伪蛹、成虫复眼、雄虫交尾器的外部形态进行观察。电镜观察可见,卵呈椭圆形,有卵柄;伪蛹体背有5对复合孔;管状孔微心型;舌状突起呈舌状,超出管状孔的后缘,其端部有4根刚毛;成虫复眼呈蝴蝶结状,雄虫腹部末端具交尾器。
The ultrastructure of the spiralling whitefly, Aleurodicus dispersus Russell was observed with environmental scanning electron microscope. The morphological characteristics of egg, pupal case, compound eyes and clasper were described in this paper. The egg was elliptical shape with the stem. There were 5 pairs of the composite pores on the dorsal disc of the pupal case. The vasiform orifice looked like “heart” shape, The lingula showed tongue shape with 4 setae on the top stretches out the posterior of the vasiform orifice. The compound eyes was “bowknot” shape. The end of male adult abdomen had a clasper.
