摘要 研究抑郁平胶囊抗抑郁的药效学机理.通过抑郁平胶囊对慢性不可预计应激大鼠海马神经元形态学的影响,探讨了抑郁平胶囊抗抑郁的作用机理.从形态学角度证实了慢性应激可导致大鼠海马神经元的损伤,通过运用抑郁平胶囊及阳性对照药百忧解探讨了抗抑郁药的作用机理.抑郁平胶囊可保护和逆转海马神经元的损伤,为其临床治疗抑郁症提供了理论依据. This paper discussed on the depression capsule pharmacodynamic mechanism of antidepressant.The capsule of chronic depression can not be expected to stress the morphology of hippocampal neurons,and to explore the role of depression and antidepressant mechanisms of capsule.This paper confirmed the morphological point of view of chronic stress could lead to damage to hippocampal neurons through the use of depression capsule and the positive control of the antidepressant drug prozac in the mechanism.Depression capsule could protect and reverse the damage of hippocampal neurons,for the clinical treatment of depression provided a theoretical basis.
