摘要
以绒白乳菇菌丝体为原料,采用水提法提取其多糖,比较了提取温度、提取时间、料液比对绒白乳菇菌丝体多糖得率的影响;在此基础上进行了正交实验,确定了水提法提取绒白乳菇菌丝体多糖的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶25、提取时间5.0 h、提取温度70℃;此条件下绒白乳菇菌丝体多糖的得率可达1.195%.
Polysaccharide was obtained from mycelium of lactarius vellereus by hot water extraction.The effects of extraction temperature,extraction time,and the powder-to-water ratio were studied.According to the orthogonal experimental design,the optimum extracting condition of polysaccharide in mycelium of L.vellereus was showed as followed:the powder-to-water ratio 1:25,extraction time 5.0 h and extraction temperature 70 ℃.Under this condition,the yield of polysaccharide was 1.195%.
