摘要 采用恒界面池法,对磷酸三丁酯(TBP)萃取酚的传质动力学进行了研究,并考察了搅拌速率、温度及相界面积对萃取速率的影响。实验结果表明,TBP萃取酚的反应为准一级反应萃取过程,其正向络合萃取反应的表观活化能为4.31 kJ/mol,萃取速率受搅拌强度和相界面积的影响较为显著,从实验结果推断其萃取过程为扩散控制模式。 The extraction kinetics of phenolic compounds from oil refinery waste liquid caustics using TBP in cyclohexane solution was measured by the method of constant interfacial cell. The impacts of agitation speed, temperature and specific interface area on the extraction rate have been studied. The experimental re- suits show that the extraction of phenols by TBP is first order reaction, and the extraction apparent activation energy of phenols is 4.31 kJ/mol. The impacts of agitation speed and specific interface area on extraction rate are significant. The results of demonstration tests show that the extraction process is controlled by diffusion.
