摘要
为了选择适合LNG低温液化储存的储罐材料,在分析9Ni钢的化学成分、力学性能及焊接性能的基础上,提出了9Ni钢的焊接要点,选用合理的焊接方法、焊材及焊接参数可获得低温冲击韧性优良的焊接结构。
In order to select appropriate materials for LNG cryogenic storage tanks, the chemical compositions, mechanical properties and weldability of 9Ni steel are analyzed. On the basis of analysis, it is prothat proper welding process, welding method, the welding of 9Ni steel to get a welded construction welding materials and welding parameters be applied in with excellent cryogenic toughness.
