摘要
研究了火焰原子吸收法连续测定肝素钙中的Ca、Na、Cu、Pb的条件,并将其应用于产品的测定。结果表明,该法的精密度及准确度均较高,测定Ca、Na、Cu、Pb的相对标准偏差分别为1.2%、2.5%、2.1%、1.7%,标准回收率分别为97.8%~102.6%、96.5%~103.9%、98.5%~101.3%、98.7%~102.1%。
The experimental conditions for the continuous determination of calcium,sodium,copper and lead in calcium heparin by flame atomic absorption spectrometry has been studied.The proposed method has been employed to determine calcium heparin and exhibited good precision and accuracy.The relative standard deviation is 1.2% for Ca,2.5%for Na,2.1% for Cu and 1.7% for Pb,respectively.The recovery is 97.8%102.6% for Ca,96.5%103.9% for Na,98.5%101.3% for Cu,98.7%102.1% for Pb,respectively.The proposed method is reliable and can be applied to the quality detection of calcium heparin.
