影响再生橡胶性能的因素

Factors of Affecting the Quality of Regeneration

研究了再生活化剂、软化剂的品种与用量、胶粉粒径、杂质以及精炼程度等因素对再生胶性能的影响。结果表明，活化剂和软化剂的品种及用量对再生胶性能有明显影响；胶粉颗粒在１６～４０目范围内，对再生胶性能影响不大，但杂质增加则降低再生胶品质。精炼时间的延长虽能提高再生胶的可塑性。

The effect of the kinds and amount of the reclaiming agent and reclaiming aid,the size of scrap powder,impurity,as well as refining time on the properties of the reclaim wrer studied.The results showed that there was obviously effect of the kinds and amount of the reclaiming agent and aid on the reclaim quality.There was a little effect of the size of scrap powder between 16～40 mesh,but the increase of impurity decreased the quality of the reclaim.Besides,increasing refining time,though the plasticity of the reclaim was enhanced,however its tensile properties were lowered.
