桡骨远端骨折合并腕舟状骨骨折13例治疗分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨桡骨远端骨折合并腕舟状骨骨折治疗方法。方法 13例患者,根据桡骨远端骨折并腕舟状骨骨折的移位程度分为不同类型,采用不同方法治疗。结果 13例随访10例,随访6个月~2 a,平均10个月。9例愈合,1例Ⅳ型,腕舟状骨骨折不愈合,二次手术桡骨茎突截除并腕舟状骨折处植骨可吸螺钉内固定术。术后6个月愈合。腕关节背伸65°±3°,掌屈64°±2°,桡偏16°±3°,尺偏27°±4°,腕关节不稳1例,无腕舟状骨坏死。结论将桡骨远端骨折并腕舟状骨骨折分型治疗值得临床借鉴及推广。
