100例脑出血患者失语及认知功能受损情况分析

摘要 目的:探讨脑出血患者认知、语言功能受损特点。方法:采用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)及汉语失语检查法(ABC)评定巴中市中心医院100例脑出血患者认知及语言功能,比较脑出血组与正常对照组以及左、右脑出血组认知、语言功能损害特点。结果:MMSE评定中,左、右脑出血组得分值较低,与对照组比较存在统计学差异(p<0.05);左、右脑出血组比较无统计学差异(p>0.05)。ABC量表评定中,左、右脑出血组及对照组在口语表达、命名、听理解、阅读亚项存在统计学差异(p<0.05);复述、书写亚项存在部分差异(p<0.05)。结论:左右侧脑出血患者均存在语言、认知功能受损,以左侧脑出血患者更重。 Objective:To investigate the features of language and cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and the Aphasia Battery of Chinese(ABC) were used to evaluate the cognition and language in 100 cases with cerebral hemorrhage, who came from Bazhong Central Hospital, and the characteristics of cognitive and language impairment between control group and hemorrhage group, as well as within subgroup of left and right hemisphere hemorrhage were compared. Result:Compared with control group, subgroup of left and right brain hemorrhage had a lower score of MMSE , and the difference reached significant level(p 〈 0.05), but no significant difference was found between left and right cerebral hemorrhage suhgroup(p 〉 0.05 ). ABC showed a significant difference in oral expression, naming, listening and reading in both left and right cerebral hemorrhage subgroup(p 〈 0.05 ), and part difference in repealing and writing sub-item(p 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions:Patients with whether left or right cerebral hemorrhage all had language and cognitive impairment, bnt those with left cerebral hemorrhage had severer damage.
