阑尾周围脓肿的一期手术体会

One-stage Operation on Abscess Adjacent Appendix

目的:探讨阑尾周围脓肿一期手术的治疗效果。方法:阑尾周围脓肿确诊后一期行阑尾切除加脓肿病灶清除术。结果:52例患者全部治愈出院。切口愈合Ⅲ/甲45例,Ⅲ/乙7例。结论:阑尾周围脓肿可尽早采用一期手术治疗,使患者病情尽快好转,缩短住院时间,减少医疗费用,患者容易接受。

Objective：To explore the effect of one-stage operation on abscess adjacent appendix. Methods： One-stage operation and abscess removal were done after the diagnosis was clear. Results： Fifty-two cases were discharged from hospital after recovery, including 45 cases of grade A callus and 7 cases of grade B callus. Conclusion： One-stage operation could make patients with abscess adjacent appendix recover sooner and save money by shortening hospital stays, the patients received it easily.
