Pilon骨折的治疗进展 被引量:16

摘要 Pilon骨折一般是指胫骨远端1/3波及胫距关节面的骨折,是骨伤科常见的关节内骨折之一。主要由垂直压缩暴力和扭转暴力两种不同机制造成。随着交通运输业等的发展,高能量损伤造成的胫骨远端关节内爆裂性骨折越来越常见.其术后并发症多.伤残率岛.临床治疗上仍是一个难题。本文结合文献回顾及笔者的经验就Pilon骨折的治疗及其相关问题综述如下。1术前损伤评估术前要对骨折类型及软组织条件作充分评估,这关系到手术的方式及时机的选择.充分的术前准备及评估能有效减少术后行发痛的发生。
