激光直接标记的质量评定及工艺参数优化 被引量:4

Quality Assessment and Technical Parameter Optimization of Laser Direct Part Marking

摘要 针对目前国内缺乏激光直接标记的加工及质量检验标准的情况,以金属铝板为试验对象,研究了影响标记质量的因素以及质量评价方法。提出一种图像处理与正交试验相结合的方法,分析了有效矢量步长、有效矢量步间延时、Q频和激光电流四个激光工作参数对标记质量的作用效果。以对比度为考察指标,通过对试验数据进行方差分析以及F检验,证明了有效矢量步长为影响标记质量的显著因素,且有效矢量步长取0.003mm,有效矢量步间延时取40μs,Q频取1kHz,激光电流取12A时在铝板上标记出的图像质量最优。该研究对在不同材料上快速得出标记图像的最优工艺参数组合有一定的指导意义。 Considering the lack of technological guidance and quality control standards of Laser Direct Part Marking, Laser marking tests were carried out on aluminium sheet. Technical parameter optimization of Laser Direct Part Marking based on orthogonal experinaent and digital image processing was presented. The aim was to detennine the relationship between working parameters (efficient vector step, effective vector's time delay between steps, Q switch and electric current) and the quality of the marking. Count the Symbol Contrast of the grey-scale image. The result was assessed with the variance analysis and F test. The result proves that the efficient vector step is tile significant factor and gives the best choices of working parameters (efficient vector step: 0.003 mm, effective vector's time delay between steps:40 μs, Q switch:l kHz; electric current:12 A). The research provides a rapid way to get the optimum working parameters.
