完全性肺静脉异位引流新手术方式 被引量：7

摘要 完全性肺静脉异位引流约占先天性心脏病的1．0％～1．5％，是少数需行急症手术的心脏儿科疾病之一，也是新生儿死亡的重要原因之一。因肺静脉异常连接到体静脉循环，导致氧合血回流到右心房，而非左心房，所以卵圆孔开放（PFO）或房间隔缺损（ASD）是其生存的必备条件，症状的轻重与PFO或ASD大小、肺静脉有无梗阻密切相关，
