巨淋巴结增生症的研究进展 被引量：11

摘要 巨淋巴结增生症（Castleman’s Disease，CD）又称血管滤泡性淋巴组织增生，是一种罕见的淋巴细胞增生性疾病。于1956年由Castleman等首次报道，主要临床分型为单中心型和多中心型。单中心型常局限于单个淋巴结发病，多中心型的典型表现为全身多发淋巴结增大。组织学分为透明血管型、浆细胞型、混合型。
