摘要
变心性皮肤病是一类Th2细胞占优势并伴有嗜酸粒细胞浸润和IgE升高为特点的一类疾病,Th1/Th2细胞平衡失调是其重要的发病机制。胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素是一种IL-7样细胞因子,因为其在变应性皮肤病中的独特作用而引起了众多学者的关注。目前认为其可能在启动Th2驱动的变应怍皮肤病中起总开关和主调节器的作用。概述胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素及其受体的结构、胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素如何诱导Th2型细胞反应以及其在变应性皮肤病中的重要作用。
Allergic dermatoses are a group of diseases characterized by Th2 predominance, eosinophilie infiltration and IgE elevation. The imhalance of Th1/Th2 is an important pathogenesis of allergic dermatoses. Thwuic stromal lwnphopoietin (TSLP) ix an inlerleukin 7-like cytokine, and has attracted a lot of attention for its'distinct roles in allergic dermatoses. Up to now, it has been regarded as a general switch or mater regulator in the triggering of Th12-driven inflammation. Here. the authors review the structure of TSLP and it's receptor', how TSLP induces Th2 eell responses and the crucial role of 'ISLP in allergic dermatoses.
