胃肠隐球菌病1例

Gastrointestinal cryptococcosis:a report of one case

隐球菌病主要侵犯中枢神经系统和肺,在中神经系统引起隐球菌性脑膜炎,在肺部可致肺炎和肺部肉肿样病变,而胃肠隐球菌病,无论原发还是继发,临床都相当罕见,我们报道1例以不全性肠梗阻为主要表现,经手术后病理切片证实的空肠及肠系膜淋巴结隐球菌病,结合相关文献进行分析.

Cryptococcosis is a fungal infection caused by Cryptococcus neoformans,which commonly occurs in immunocompromised patients and is often disseminated.Disseminated cryptococcosis generally manifests as pulmonary lesions or meningitis.Sometimes it might affect the gastrointestinal tract,and rare cases have been reported involving the intestine without systemic infection.Here we report a case of cryptococcosis involving the jejunum and mesenteric lymph nodes which contributed to incomplete intestinal obstruction.This case was finally diagnosed by histology and cured by antifungal medication.
