肝细胞肝癌组织MCM2和FAP-1表达及其与癌细胞增殖和凋亡的相关性研究 被引量:9

Expressions of MCM2 and FAP-1 and their correlation with proliferation and apoptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues

摘要 目的:研究微型染色体维持蛋白2(MCM2)和Fas相关磷酸酯酶-1(FAP-1)在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达及其与肝细胞肝癌增殖和凋亡的关系。方法:免疫组化SP法检测40例肝细胞肝癌、15例癌旁肝硬化和10例正常肝组织中MCM2和FAP-1蛋白的表达水平并进行分析。结果:40例肝细胞肝癌组织中29例MCM2表达阳性,28例FAP-1表达阳性,而在癌旁肝硬化和正常肝组织中两者均未见表达。肝细胞肝癌组织中MCM2的表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小和转移差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;而与分化程度有关,肿瘤分化越低,MCM2阳性率越高,P<0.05。MCM2与FAP-1两者呈正相关,P<0.05。结论:MCM2和FAP-1可能均参与了肝细胞肝癌的发生发展,两者可能相互协同共同促进了癌细胞异常增殖。 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the expressions of MCM2 and FAP-1 with proliferation and apoptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).METHODS: The immunohistochemical SP method was used to examine the protein expressions of MCM2 and FAP-1 in HCC tissues(40 cases),hepatic cirrhosis tissues beside tumors(15 cases) and the normal tissues(10 cases).RESULTS: In HCC twenty-nine of 40 cases were found the positive expression of MCM2,and twenty-eight were found the positive expression of FAP-1.But in normal tissues and hepatic cirrhosis tissues beside tumors the positive expressions of MCM2 or FAP-1 were negative.In HCC,the expressions of MCM2 were not significant statistically associated with the patient's sex,age,the volume of tumor,or metastasis(P0.05);but were markedly associated with the patient's tumor pathological grade(P0.05).The lower tumor pathological grade resulted,the higher positive rate of the expressions of MCM2.There was positively correlated between the expressions of MCM2 and FAP-1 in HCC(P0.05).CONCLUSION:MCM2 and FAP-1 may play an important role in the initiation and progression of HCC,and may accelerate the abnormal cell proliferation.
