垂体腺瘤发生机制研究进展

摘要 随着分子生物学、细胞生物学、遗传学和免疫学的迅速发展,对垂体腺瘤的发生机制有了新的认识。目前认为垂体腺瘤的发生与基因突变、生长因子、细胞受体、转录因子和细胞信号通路等有关。 Along with the rapid development of molecular biology,cell biology,genetics,and immunology,there is a new understanding on the pathogenesis of pituitary adenomas.The pathogenesis of pituitary adenomas is considered to be related with gene mutation,growth factors,cell receptors,transcription factors,and cellular signaling pathways.
