棉花皮苷的抗氧化活性及对肝癌细胞生长的抑制作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨棉花皮苷的抗氧化性及对肝癌细胞生长的抑制作用。方法本研究首次应用化学发光法和分光光度法系统评价了棉花皮苷对超氧阴离子自由基(O2.)、羟基自由基(.OH)、H2O2等活性氧和二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH.)自由基的清除作用。采用MTT实验评价了棉花皮苷对人肝癌HepG2细胞生长的影响。结果棉花皮苷对O2.、.OH、H2O2和DPPH.等自由基均有较强的清除能力。与常用的抗氧化剂Vit C相比,其抗氧化效果明显强于VitC。棉花皮苷可以以剂量及时间依赖方式抑制肝癌细胞生长、增殖。结论棉花皮苷具有较强的抗氧化和抗肝癌生物活性。 Aim To explore the antioxidant activity of gossypin and its inhibiting effect on the growth of hepatoma cells.Methods The scavenging capacity of superoxide anion radicals(O2^·-),hydroxyl radicals(·OH),H2O2 and 1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH·) was comprehensively evaluated by chemiluminescence and spectrophotometric techniques.The inhibiting effect of gossypin on the growth of HepG2 cells was determined by MTT assay.Results Gossypin effectively cleared the radicals such as O2^·-,·OH,H2O2 and DPPH.The elimination rate was higher than that of Vit C.Gossypin inhibited the growth of HepG2 cells in a dose-and time-dependent manner.Conclusion Gossypin has remarkable antioxidant and anti-hepatoma bioactivities.
