摘要
研究了UV-B对海洋微藻的影响.研究结果显示紫外辐射(UV-B,280-320nm)能抑制三角褐指藻的生长,藻细胞经紫外辐射处理后,自由基含量上升,超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性下降.而过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)活性变化不明显.作者认为,紫外辐射诱发自由基对藻细胞形成伤害是紫外线抑制藻细胞生长的主要原因之一.
The paper studieds the effects of UV-B on the microalgae in the ocean and the results show that UV-B (280-320nm) can inhibit the growth of phaeodactylum tricornutum. After treatment of UV-B radiation, the content of free redicals increases, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) decreases and the peroxidase (POD) activity doesn't exhibit remarkable change in algal cells. The authors think that UV-B radiation could induce the damage of free radical to algal cells, and this may be one of the reasons why UV-B can inhibite the growth of phaeodactyhum tricornutum.
