技术创新服务体系是企业技术创新的公共支撑和发展动力,其构建应结合区域经济的特色尤其是区域经济的产业集群进行,可以有效实现产业集群内的资源整合和开放服务。河南南阳玉雕文化产业集群已初具规模,构建一个具有玉雕文化特色的网络化产业集群技术创新服务体系,对于促进南阳玉雕文化产业升级、提高产业档次和市场效率有着积极的意义。

In order to achieve the integration of resources and service sharing in the industrial cluster, the building of technological innovation service system which is the public support and developing power of technology innovation should combine with the features of regional economy, especially the industrial clusters in the regional economy. The jade carving cultural industry in Nanyang has begun to take shape. Building a networked technological innovation service system with jade carving culture characteristics for industrial cluster has positive significance to upgrade the jade carving industry and improve market efficiency.
