On the Program of Improving Employment and Entrepreneurship——the Case of SIFE

赛扶又称"全球大学生企业家联盟",是一个全球性的大学生公益创业实践组织,对大学生的创业、就业素质培养和实践教育具有重要作用。探求赛扶组织成功的奥秘,用心理学、教育学的方法配合调查问卷结果分析其利用社会资源,构建就业、创业教育实践平台模式;体验式就业、创业教育的模式;创业精英意识培养的模式,并对现在的就业、创业教育中的瓶颈问题提出可行性方案,可以帮助学生更好地进行创业、就业。

SIFE（Students in Free Enterprise）,also known as ＂Global Union of College Entrepreneurs＂,is a global non-profit organization for college students.It contributes a lot to the youth＇s ventures as well as their employment practice and the quality of education.The article will explore the secret of its success by analyzing its model of using social resources and building up the platform of employment and entrepreneurship.Meanwhile,a feasible solution is proposed to the current problems we encounter in improving the employment and entrepreneurship of our graduates.
