群体可乐定中毒患者的急救管理与体会

Experience of emergency management of patients with clonidine poisoning in groups

目的探讨应对突发群体中毒事件的急救组织管理工作。方法迅速启动应急预案,合理配备人力资源,确保物资到位,实施有效的急救措施等。结果 80例可乐定中毒患者中,医院留观救治35例,转至上级医院45例。35例患者全部康复。无护理差错事故及投诉发生;患者满意度100.00%。结论对突发急性群体中毒事件,合理调配人力、物力,做好组织协调工作,是提高抢救成功率的根本保证。

Objective To explore the method ot emergency organization and management in response to sudden and acute porsoning events. Methods The specific measures included rapidly activating emergency plans,reasonably equipping human resources,ensuring supplies in place,and implemenring effective first aid measures. Results In a tatol of 80 cases of patients with clonidine poisoning,35 patients were in the observation room of our hospital and 45 patients were transferred to municipal hospitals. After treatment and care, 35 patients fully recovered. No nursing errors and complaints occurred. The patient satisfaction was 100.00%. Conclusion Reasonable allocation of human resources and material,as well as good organization and coordination could improve the success rate of rescue in groups of sudden and acute poisoning patients.
