摘要 目的探讨改进孕妇学校培训模式的效果。方法实验组(n=562)采用改进后的培训模式,对照组(n=486)采用传统的培训模式,比较两组培训效果。结果实验组孕产妇对培训模式的总体评价、掌握知识和技巧、对护理工作满意度好于对照组,自然分娩率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论改进后的孕妇学校培训模式能满足孕产妇的需求,提高护理工作满意度,提高孕妇学校的教学质量。 Objective To explore the effects of the new training model applied in the pregnant women schools. Methods The pregnant women were divided into two groups. The intervention group ( n = 562) received the improved training model and the traditional training model was applied in the control group ( n = 486). Then the training effects were compared. Results The pregnant women's overall evaluation to the training model, their understanding of knowledge and skills and their satisfaction to nursing service in the intervention group were better than those in the control group. And the natural birth rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group. The differeuces were all statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 01). Conclusion The improved training model can meet the needs of pregnant women, increase their satisfaction to nursing service, and improve the training quality.
