摘要
目的探讨管理小组在中心静脉导管胸腔置管患者护理管理中的作用。方法成立管理小组,对行中心静脉导管胸腔置管治疗的患者实施全程护理管理,并比较管理小组成立前后两组患者胸腔置管期间并发症发生率和患者、医生对护理工作的满意度。结果置管并发症发生率下降,患者和医生对护理工作的满意度提高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论成立管理小组对中心静脉导管胸腔置管患者实施全程护理管理,可提高胸腔置管患者护理质量。
Objective To explore the role of the management team in nursing management for patients with chest catheterization. Methods The management team was established and provided care for patients with chest catheterization in the overall treatment course. The incidence of complication,the degree of satisfaction of patients and doctors to nurses＇work were compared before and after the establishment of the team. Results The incidence of complication was decreased and the degree of satisfaction of patients and doctors to nurses/work were increased after the establishment of the team （P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The establishment of management team can improve the quality of nursing service for patients with chest catheterization.
