摘要
目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎感染者规范化随访管理模式。方法开发慢性乙型肝炎感染者专业随访软件、编制随访手册、培训专业的随访人员、规范科学的随访流程等。结果对患者随访14 720例次,组织患者参加健康讲座达5 720例次,患者参加义诊随访41 400例次,科室门诊量和收容量逐年递增20.00%左右。患者满意度每月均在98.00%以上;无投诉等不良事件发生。结论对慢性乙型肝炎感染者科学、规范地随访可以提高患者对疾病关注的忠诚度,提高患者满意度,并实现对慢性乙型肝炎患者教育、临床、科研、服务一体化管理。
Objective To explore the follow - up management model among patients with chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Methods The measures included developing the professional follow - up software and the follow - up manuals for HBV patients, training the professional staff, and standardizing the follow - up process. Results There were 14 720 patients involved in the follow - up management, 5 720 patients attending the health lecture, and 41 400 people participating in the follow - up clinic. The amount of patients in the outpatient departments increased gragually around 20.00% every year. The satisfaction degree of patients were all above 98.00% every month. And no adverse events occurred, such as complaints. Conclusion Scientific and standardized follow - up management can improve the concern of patients about their disease,the satisfaction of patients and integrated education,clinical, scientific research and service management of HBV.
