梅毒血清学实验室间质量评价结果分析

External quality assessment of laboratory syphilis sera tests

目的通过梅毒血清学实验室间质量评价活动和现场督导,了解海南省梅毒实验室血清学检测总体水平。方法 2008年9月,由省卫生厅组织专家到各实验室现场督导,11月发放梅毒质控血浆标本共185份,各单位根据自己开展梅毒血清学试验的情况,分别做非梅毒螺旋体抗原血清定性试验和半定量试验,梅毒螺旋体抗原血清定性试验。结果 37家单位参加室间质评活动,非梅毒螺旋体抗原血清定性试验和半定量试验结果符合率分别为85.95%和60.54%;梅毒螺旋体抗原血清定性试验结果符合率为90.43%。结论此次质评活动表明,非梅毒螺旋体抗原血清半定量试验合格率较低,现场督导中发现部分试验室未按标准操作规程操作、加样器长期未校准、水平摇床不合格等,造成实验结果存在不同差异,因此海南省梅毒血清学试验检测水平有待提高。

Objective To investigate the technical capability of laboratory syphilis sera tests in Hainan province by external quality assessment and site supervision.Methods A total of 185 samples were prepared and delivered to participating laboratories for syphilis non-treponemal and treponemal qualitative and semi-quantitative tests.Results Thirty-seven laboratories in Hainan province participated in this assessment,of which 85.95% were eligible for syphilis non-treponemal qualitative test,60.54% were eligible for syphilis treponemal qualitative semi-quantitative test,and 90.43% were eligible for syphilis treponemal qualitative test.Conclusions The external quality evaluation indicated that the rate of eligible syphilis non-treponemal qualitative test was low.and the site supervisions found that some of the laboratories failed to operate according to standardized procedures,for example,the device to add samples was not regularly calibrated and the rolling bed was not qualified,which resulted in various test outcomes.Therefore,the syphilis sera laboratory testing level in Hainan province is to be improved.
