钒基MSU-1催化剂上二氧化碳氧化异丁烷脱氢反应条件的优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 以介孔材料MSU-1为载体,不同金属氧化物为活性组分,分别制备负载型催化剂并研究其在CO2气氛中异丁烷脱氢的催化活性。结果证明VOx/MSU-1催化剂有最好的异丁烷氧化脱氢催化活性。基于此,对影响CO2氧化异丁烷脱氢的温度、空速和氧烷比等工艺条件进行了考察,结果显示,当温度为853 K,空速为7200 mL.(h.g)-1,氧烷比为3/1时,有最佳的异丁烷转化率和异丁烯选择性,分别为38.4%和83.2%。 The catalysts were prepared by impregnation different metal oxides over MSU-1 mesoporous molecular sieves,respectively.The catalytic performance was studied in the oxidative dehydrogenation of isobutane with CO2.The results showed that the best isobutane conversion and isobutene selectivity was obtained over the catalyst of VOx/MSU-1.The temperature,the space velocity and the ratio of CO2/i-C4H10 had played a very important role in the dehydrogenation of isobutane with CO2.The optimum process was determined: reaction temperature 853 K,space velocity 7200 mL /(h·g),the ratio of CO2/i-C4H10= 3/1,the best conversion of isobutane reached 38.4% and selectivity of isobutene reached 83.2%.
