摘要
采用硝酸-高氯酸法消解广藿香样品,以火焰原子吸收法测定其中的金属元素Ca、Mg、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Mn等8种金属的含量。结果表明,广藿香中富含Fe、Ca、Mg、Mn,其中含量最高的金属元素为Fe,达21100μg.g-1。这8种金属元素的含量依次为:Fe>Ca>Mg>Mn>Zn>Cu>Ni>Co。
The concentration of Ca、Mg、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn and Mn in Pogostemon cablin Benth.were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(FAAS)) after HNO3-HClO4 digestion.The analytical results showed that Pogostemon cablin Benth.was rich in Fe,Ca,Mg,Mn,and the content of Fe was the highest,amounting to 21100 μg·g-1.The contents of 8 elements were FeCaMgMnZnCuNiCo.
