高同型半胱氨酸血症与冠状动脉粥样硬化 被引量：4

摘要 1932年,Du Vigneaud首次发现Hcy是一种含硫氨基酸,系蛋氨酸的中间代谢产物。1969年McCull提出高同型半胱氨酸血症（Hcy）与动脉粥样硬化（AS）发生有关的观点以来,国内外学者对此进行了大量研究,结果显示Hcy是AS及其血管并发症的独立危险因素。
