摘要
目的:观察口服孕激素治疗手术后复发性卵巢囊肿的临床疗效。方法:86例患者自月经来潮第5天开始服用妇康片2.5～5mg,1次/日,每月连续服药21天,3个月为1疗程。结果:本组无患者因不良反应终止治疗,经治疗1个疗程后,治愈60.46%,显效22.09%,好转13.95%,无效3.49%,总有效率96.51%。结论:孕激素联合中药治疗手术后复发性卵巢囊肿疗效确切,不良反应低,患者易于接受,免于再次手术。
Objective：Observing the clinical effect about progestogen orally healing postop recurrent ovarian cysts.Method：86 patients take norlutin 2.5-5mg since the 5th day of menstruation everyday for 21 days per month,a course of treatment for 3 months.Result：No patient quitted due to side effects.After a course of treatment,52 cases were cured,accounting for 60.46%;19 cases showed markedly effect,accounting for 22.09%;12 cases showed improvement effect,accounting for 13.95%;3 cases showed ineffective treatment,accounting for 3.49%.The total effective rate was 96.51%.Conclusion：The clinical effect about progestogen combined with Chinese medicine healing postop Recurrent ovarian cysts was effective,displaying low side effects,high acceptance rate,making patients free from reoperation.The Treatment was worthy of promotion In the clinical area.
