血液透析患者的临床护理体会

目的:通过对218例维持性血液透析患者透析前后治疗观察,探讨护理工作的重要性。方法:应用德国进口透析机,严格按照操作规程进行,在严格掌握适应证的情况下,对218例患者进行维持性血液透析治疗。结果:对维持性血液透析患者有效治疗观察,未出现动静瘘闭塞和终止透析情况,患者病情得到明显改善。结论:正确坚持诊疗护理常规及技术操作规程,对患者进行全程护理观察,家庭护理保建,饮食疗法等综合措施使患者病情得到有效改善。

Objective：Through observing 218 example of maintenance hemodialysis patient dialysis treatment,to discuss the importance of nursing work.Methods：Using the German import dialysis machine,and carrying on strictly according to the working instruction.Then under strict control indication,218 patients were treated with maintenance hemodialysis.Results：Observe the maintainance hemodialysis patient effectively,has not presented arteriovenous fistula blocked or dialysis situation termainated.And patient condition improved distinctly.Conclusions：Insist on correctly diagnoses,nursing convention and the instructions of technical operation.Then carry on synthesis measures such as the entire journey nursing observation to the patient,the home nursing guarantees constructs and diet therapy,it will enable the patient condition to have the effective improvement.
