摘要
基于西方大学文化创新的机制和特色,分析了构成大学文化的物质和非物质要素,把大学文化发展划分为酝酿期、发展期和成熟期,其标志是大学文化的创新能力和传播能力。文章认为,构建创新型大学文化的核心在于大学精神的培育和高尚学术道德的维护,而开放型的大学管理模式是确保大学文化成长壮大的保证因素。
On the basis of mechanism and characteristics of western university cultural creation, this article analysed the material and non-material factors of university cultures. Regarding to growth course of an university culture, it was divided into cradle,youth and mature three periods according to cultural creafivty and cultural dissemination. The key works To build creation-typed university culture are not only to cultivate unique university spirit and scholar moral but also to exercise open, democratic managemental policy.
