摘要 “胸痛”是急诊科或心内科常见的就诊症状，涉及多个器官系统，与之相关的致命性疾病包括急性冠状动脉综合征（ACS）、肺栓塞、主动脉夹层和张力性气胸等，快速、准确地鉴别诊断心源性和非心源性胸痛是急诊处理的难点和重点。
