摘要
针对垦东521油田油稠、开发方式多样化的特点,采取了稠油集输用掺污水加药降粘集输流程。实践证明,掺污水加药既可以降低原油粘度,又可以有效地降低井口回压。并进行了一管多用、掺水站和接转站合建、稠油计量和注汽分配站合建、掺污水进行定量控制等有益的尝试,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
In accordance with the characters of viscous oil and diversified development patterns of Kendong 521 oilfiield, gathering-transferring viscous crude uses the process flow of mixed with sewage and adding chemicals to decrease viscosity. Practice proved that adding chemicals not only decreases the viscosity of crude but also the back pressure of well head decreased. In this project practising one pipe diversified use, the mergence of water-mixing station and subpump station and the mergence of viscous oil measurement and injection distribution steam station and quantitative control to sewage mixing etc.
