摘要
用旋转粘度计来评定蜡晶改性剂作用效果,可用少量的油样,在一个降温周期测定出原油样品(未加剂原油或加蜡晶改性剂原油)的粘度、屈服值和结蜡量,从而可计算出蜡晶改性剂的降粘率、屈服值下降率和防蜡率。在原油集输系统的设计中,可先用旋转粘度计法进行探索性试验,初步确定出工艺参数和筛选出合适的蜡晶改性剂,最终用环道石蜡沉积测试仪进行确认性试验,这样可大大节省原油集输系统设计的费用和加快设计进度。
Using small amount of oil sample , in a temperature - decreasing period the viscosity, yield value and wax precipitating amount of crude sample (adding or unadding wax crystals modifying agent), so that the viscosity-decreasing rate of the wax crystals modifying agent and the decreasing rate and the preventing wax preciptation rate of the yield value can be calculated.
