摘要
对不同热处理条件下的准风民体钢进行了机械性能测试,说明用准贝氏体钢制造D级抽油杆,可采用热轧+高温回人,或正火+高温回火热处理工艺;用准贝氏体钢制造H级抽油杆,可采用热轧+低温回火,或者正火+低温回火热处理工艺。对准贝民体钢制造的抽油杆的实体拉伸试验证明,用准贝氏体钢制造的D级和H级抽油杆分别满足GB7229-87和相关资料的性能要求,并且具有工艺简单、生产效率高等优点,具有重要的推广价值。
Mechanical properties of meta-bainitic steel are tested under different heat treatment conditions. It is indicated that, to manufacture grade D sucker rod by meta-bainitic steel, hot rolling and high-temperature tempering or normalizing and high-temperature tempering technology can be adopted; to manufacture grade H sucker rod by meta-bainitic steel, hot rolling and low-temperature tempering or normalizing and low-temperature tempering technology can be used. Entity ten sile test proves grade D and grade H sucker rods made of meta-bainitic steel satisfying property requirements presented in relevant documents and being characterized by simple manufacturing technology and high production rate.
