芭托莉出道初期只饰唱一些小角色，不被看好，视为不能登大雅之堂。然而，正是这位“不能登大雅之堂”的小小凯鲁比诺（莫扎特歌剧《费加罗的婚姻》男童仆），今日却成为举世闻名的Pnma Donna（首席女高音）。

The 45-year-old soprano Cecilia Bartoli is at the prime of her singing career.As highlights of this year's Hong Kong Arts Festival,her debut recitals were very popular and attracted many international audiences within and outside Hong Kong.
