摘要 针对目前国内抽油泵阀球、阀座耐磨、耐冲刷和耐腐蚀性能较差的问题,开发出用氧化锆陶瓷材料制造的阀球、阀座。通过严格控制原材料质量和生产工序,使陶瓷成品密度接近理论值,减少和杜绝了原始裂纹的产生,提高了陶瓷的韧性;通过在问座外圆过盈配置特殊金属圈和增加问座壁厚,使问座的可靠性增强。现场推广应用表明,采用氧化锆间球、问座后,胜坨油田抽油泵的免修期由1996年的277天延长到371天,大港油田1995年使用氧化锆陶瓷问后抽油泵免修期平均增长2~3倍,综合经济效益十分明显。 In the light of low wear- and erosion- arid corrosion-resistance of subsurface pump valve balls and valve seats, PSZValve balls and Valve seats are developed. By means strict control of raw material quality and processing procedure, ceramics with densities very close to theoretical values are made, therefore original cracks are eliminated and the toughnessof the ceramics is improved. By adding a special metal ring on the valve seat and increasing the thickness of the valveseat wall, the reliability of the valve seat is improved. Field use shows that, by using PSZ valves and Valve seats, thecheck period of subsurface pump is extended remarkably, and great financial profits are obtained.
