摘要
采用前加氢技术的分离流程的乙烯装置具有流程简单,设备投资少,操作费用低的优点。研究制备一种适合前加氢流程的催化剂,并研究了反应温度、压力、空速以及CO浓度对催化剂性能的影响,250h连续试验表明该催化剂具备良好的活性。
More and more ethylene plants use C2 front-end hydrogenation in separation process because it can simplify the flow scheme,decrease capital investment and operating cost.A catalyst is developed that can be used in front-end hydrogenation reactor,and the influence of temperature,pressure,space velocity and CO content on catalyst property is investigated.The results of 250 hours of continuous test on the catalyst indicates the catalytic reaction has good activity,selectivity and stability.
