摘要
采用北京石油化工科学研究院开发的茂金属加合物催化剂ＡＰＥ－１在淤浆法聚乙烯中试装置上进行了聚合工艺试验和催化剂性能试验。考察了ＡＰＥ－１催化剂的催化动力学和聚合物流动性能以及聚合反应条件对聚合活性。
Pilot plant evaluation of metallocene catalyst in a slurry polyethylene process is reported in this paper.The research mainly focuses on the operational stability and catalyst drop-in technology.The catalytic kinetics,polymer flowability,effect of polymerization conditions on catalyst productivity,product density and polymer properties are also investigated.
