摘要
研究了反应氢气压力、反应温度、反应介质(pH)以及催化剂对四氢化邻苯二甲酸体系和四氢化邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯体系加氢效果的影响。通过对比研究,确定了合成六氢化邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBE)的先酯化后加氢的合成路线。
In this paper,we studied the influences of hydrogen pressure,temperature,reaction medium(or pH value)and catalysts on hydrogenation of tetrahydrophthalic acid and di-isobutyl tetrahydrophthalate.On the basis of experimental results,a suitable route for the synthesis of di-isobutyl hexahydrophthalate is established including the most appropriate reaction conditions,catalysts of high activity and high selectivity to alkenyl double bond.
