用硅胶玻璃色谱柱吸附样品，采用溶剂梯度洗脱的方法从油酸乙二醇酯添加剂中分离出油酸乙二醇单酯，再用ＧＣ／ＭＳ详细地分析了油酸乙二醇单酯的组成和结构，并通过油酸乙二醇单酯的结构推断出油酸原料中所含酸的种类。

Oleic acid glycol monoester is separated from oleic acid glycol ester additive with gel type glass column for sample adsorption and solvent gradient washing method.The composition and structure are further analyzed throngh GC/MS.The acid types in oleic acid raw material can be inferred from the structure.An optimized GC/MS method for analyzing oleic acid glycol monoester is given.
