摘要
介绍了济南炼油厂 1.4 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置首次开工就实现平稳运行572天的成功经验,并与该厂0.8 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置运行情况作了比较。前者在设计时采用了同轴-串联两段再生工艺、新型旋风分离器、新型电液滑阀、新型催化剂Orbit-3000和无龟甲网衬里等先进工艺,以及新型设备和材料;在运行中注意设备维护和监测,优化操作参数,注意科学管理,实现了安稳长运行的目标。
The successful experiences of realizing smooth operation as long as 572 days after the first start up of the 1400000 tpy RFCCU in Jinan Refinery were introduced and compared with that of the existing 800000 tpy RFCCU in the same refinery. The coaxial-serial two-stage regeneration technology, new type cyclone separator, new type electro-hydraulic slide valve, new type catalyst Orbit-3000, advanced refractory lining without hexagonal structure as well as other new type equipment and materials were adopted in the engineering design of the new unit. In running of the unit, more attentions were paid to equipment maintenance and monitoring as well as optimization of operation parameters, and scientific management were strengthened, thus long-period smooth running was realized.
