摘要
目的:比较中专、大专学历护理人员对于网络教学模式的需求,为建立适合护理人员的最佳网络教学模式提供依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法对709名护理人员进行调查。结果:62.5%的护理人员对于网络教学模式的总需求较高。中专、大专学历护理人员对于网络教学模式需求得分的排序不一,其中中专与大专学历护理人员在探索式教学模式需求方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理教育者应高度重视护理人员对教学模式的需求差异,针对现有教学模式的优缺点,探寻符合护理人员特点的网络教学模式的最佳组合是当务之急。
Objective:Compared the difference of demand for NTM between secondary and junior college education level nurses,and provided evidence for establishing the best model.Methods:A total of 709 nurses were surveyed by cluster sampling.Results:62.5% of them had high general needs for NTM.But nurses with different education level sorted several teaching methods differently.The difference was statistically significant in the need of Exploration teaching method(P0.05).Conclusion:The nursing educator should attach great importance to the different needs of NTM in nurses.Based on advantages and disadvantages of existing teaching model,it is important for exploring the best combination of NTM according to nurses' needs.
